WILLIAMS, Judge:

The Commissioner determined a deficiency of $25,614.06 in Federal estate tax due from the estate of Yetta Bronston. After concessions by the parties, the sole issue remaining is whether decedent's son, acting pursuant to a power of attorney, was authorized to make $10,000 gifts to each of six members of decedent's family.
