LARSON, Justice.

In recent years we have seen in this court an array of suits reflecting troubles in the farm economy. Cases arising out of land contract forfeitures and mortgage foreclosures on farm property have reached us with some frequency. But the present case presents a claim which is quite unique: The buyer under an installment contract complains that the district court erred by holding, in effect, that his interests in the contract had not been forfeited...
