A Richmond ordinance prohibits loitering in a public place "under circumstances manifesting the purpose of engaging in prostitution." Curtis Coleman appeals his conviction under that ordinance and argues that the statute is overbroad, unconstitutionally vague, and violative of his fifth amendment rights.
