This is an appeal by the defendants from the judgment of the trial court awarding damages to the plaintiffs for breach of the defendants' duty as real estate brokers to find a buyer for the plaintiffs' property at the best possible price, and for acting improperly in dealing for themselves to the financial loss of the plaintiffs.
