Appellant Davis was tried by the court sitting without a jury, found guilty of armed robbery of an elderly patron of a local cocktail lounge, and sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment. The robbery was effected by holding two screwdrivers in a menancing manner as the patron was using the men's room, and forcing the patron to turn over his watch, wedding ring, car keys, currency, and other items.
