We review Allen v. State, 515 So.2d 256 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987), based on certified conflict with Lane v. State, 470 So.2d 30 (Fla. 5th DCA 1985). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const.
