Here we affirm a summary judgment in favor of the State of California (State), found by the trial court to be immune from liability because of the "natural conditions" immunity. Plaintiff, who was injured while riding a recreational vehicle on the sand dunes at Pismo Beach, did not present evidence sufficient to create a triable issue of fact as to whether the public property was improved or whether the injury...
