Defendant and Terry Crutchfield were jointly indicted on July 29, 1986 for two counts of the crime of robbery in the second degree. The robbery occurred on June 19, 1986 at about 11:30 A.M. at the DeJaVu Clothing Store located at 8 Central Avenue in the City of Albany.
