In this appeal from a judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of larceny in the sixth degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-125b,1 the defendant raises three claims of error: (1) that the trial court improperly interjected facts into evidence; (2) that the court erred in its instructions on circumstantial evidence; and (3) that the court erred in refusing to instruct on the statutory definition of intent...
