Eugene Nelson appeals from a judgment convicting him of multiple-count charges of sexual assault and bail jumping, and from an order denying his postconviction motions. There were two sets of charges. Nelson was accused of sexually assaulting B.R. on November 15, 1985, and assaulting T.M. on November 17, 1985. In each case, an additional charge of bail jumping was added because Nelson had been released on bond...
