On June 5, 1987, respondent Lloyd Plank was found to be a person subject to involuntary admission and was ordered hospitalized in the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities. Prior to the expiration of the initial order, a second petition for involuntary admission was filed on July 24, 1987. A hearing on August 7, 1987, again...
