The defendant, Jean Carisio, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (York County; Brodrick, J.) entered on a jury verdict finding her guilty of manslaughter, Class B, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 203 (1983 & Supp.1987). Carisio contends that (1) the statutory definitions of "Recklessly" and "Criminal Negligence" are so vague as to render the Maine manslaughter statute unconstitutional; (2) she was denied her constitutionally protected...
