On June 6, 1985, the Michigan Employment Security Commission Review Board upheld a referee's determination that the claimants were not entitled to unemployment compensation benefits under the Michigan Employment Security Act, MCL 421.1 et seq.; MSA 17.501 et seq. The claimants' application for a rehearing was denied. Claimants appealed to the circuit court. The circuit court reversed the Michigan Employment Security Commission Review Board...
