On April 11, 1988 defendants, Stephen Traitz Jr., Edward Hurst, Robert Crosley, Michael Mangini, Robert Medina, Stephen Traitz III, Mark Osborne, Richard Schoenberger and Joseph Traitz filed a motion to dismiss Counts 1 and 2 of the state complaint filed against them which charged defendants with violations of the Pennsylvania Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 Pa.C.S. §911(b)(4) and 18 Pa.C.S. §911(b)(3).
