Charles Lee Kelly, Sr., and Crystal Ann Kelly, Plaintiffs, filed a joint petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 4, 1987. On September 4, 1987, Plaintiffs filed a complaint seeking to recover from the United States Air Force, Defendant, the sum of $1400. Plaintiffs allege that Defendant withheld this money from Mr. Kelly's final paycheck in violation of the automatic stay...
