Richard Kim Strait appeals from a summary judgment entered against him and in favor of Pat Harrison Waterway District in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County. The complaint sought damages for personal injuries sustained by Strait at a waterslide amusement park operated by the appellee. The issues presented are incorporated in the following assigned error:
