This appeal is from a summary judgment for the defendant employer, Intergraph Corporation. The judgment was made final pursuant to Rule 54(b), A.R.Civ.P. The plaintiff employee, John C. Bailey, Jr., sued Intergraph for wrongful termination of employment.
