The defendants-appellants, Emery Mallet, Lillis Mallet Hebert, Burnice Mallet Marks, and Lee Mallet, appeal from a judgment of the Twenty-seventh Judicial District Court, sustaining the plaintiff-appellee's exception of no right of action.
