This is an appeal from a judgment entered after a bench trial by the Ironton Municipal Court denying recovery to Gary Deeds, plaintiff below and appellant herein, of $136 from the city of Ironton, Ohio, a municipal corporation that was defendant below and is appellee herein, which money appellant claimed to be due to him from appellee by the improper denial of sick leave benefits.
