This appeal involves a challenge to the validity of the last will and testament of Patricia A. Dankbar. After a four-week trial, a jury returned special verdicts finding Patricia lacked the testamentary capacity to execute a will, and that her will was obtained through the undue influence of her conservator, appellant Roger Christianson, and her attorney, appellant Floyd Ensign.
