The defendant James Edward Knight (Knight) seeks review of a decision of the court of appeals which affirmed his convictions of being a party to the crimes of armed robbery, endangering safety by conduct regardless of life, and false imprisonment. Knight appeals all three convictions, arguing that the circuit court abused its discretion by failing to provide clear supplementary instructions to the jury during the course of the jury deliberations...
