Eric Kelly appeals from his conviction of armed robbery and aggravated assault.

Appellant was indicted with a co-defendant, Ulysses Grant, for the offense of murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime. A motion to sever parties was granted the day of trial, and appellant was tried alone. He was acquitted of the murder and firearm charges, and found guilty of armed robbery...
