J.B., a minor, was adjudicated a delinquent at the age of 14 in the circuit court of Christian County, and was committed to the Department of Corrections, Juvenile Division, on October 20, 1982. On appeal, he was represented by the office of the State Appellate Defender. The judgment of the circuit court was affirmed. (In re J.B. (1983), 120 Ill.App.3d 155
