Plaintiffs Bernice Madison and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of defendant William Jeffrey Ray and the denial of the plaintiffs' motion for JNOV or, in the alternative, a new trial, in a case arising out of an automobile accident.
