In this wrongful death action, plaintiff appeals as of right from two orders granting summary disposition in favor of defendants under MCR 2.116(C)(8). The trial court held on October 22, 1985, that plaintiff's negligence and attractive nuisance claims were barred by the recreational land use act, MCL 300.201; MSA 13.1485, and on July 3, 1986, that plaintiff failed to state a claim for wilful and wanton misconduct.
