Nathaniel Reynolds was found guilty in a jury trial of rape and sentenced to serve twelve years in the penitentiary. On appeal, we decide whether the trial court erred in denying defense counsel's request for a specific voir dire question directed to racial prejudice. Although we find that special circumstances existed in this case such that Reynolds was entitled to question the jury as to any potential racial prejudice they may have harbored...
