Defendant appeals by leave granted from the circuit court's order affirming the district court's denial of his motion to quash and dismiss the charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL), MCL 257.625(1); MSA 9.2325(1), brought against him. We affirm.
