PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of bribery of a public employee, MCL 750.117; MSA 28.312. Defendant was sentenced to two years probation, the first four months to be served in the county jail, and was ordered to perform two hundred hours of community service. The trial court denied defendant's motion for a new trial or a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Defendant now appeals as of right...
