OPINION BY JUDGE SMITH, December 30, 1988:

Dale K. McCullough (Appellant) appeals from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of York County which sustained the one-year suspension of Appellant's operator's license by the Department of Transportation (DOT) pursuant to Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa. C. S. §1547.1 The trial court's decision is affirmed.
