The defendant was charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, a beer bottle, on Michael Moreno, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, a handgun, on Michael Guzman, assault with intent to kill Guzman, and unlawfully carrying a firearm.
