Appellant was found guilty at a trial de novo on November 8, 1985. He filed a "Motion in Arrest of Judgment" on November 18, 1985. Although this original post-verdict motion suggested that appellant might file additional reasons after the notes of testimony were transcribed, the record does not reveal that he sought or received permission from the trial court to do so.
