Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of summary disposition in favor of defendant. We affirm.

Plaintiff brought this action in Wayne Circuit Court to recover for injuries allegedly sustained when he slipped and fell on stairs in the "Old County Building" owned and maintained by the defendant.
