Certiorari was granted to consider the holding of the Court of Appeals in Allstate Indem. Co. v. Denison, 185 Ga.App. 390 (364 S.E.2d 103) (1987). The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court which granted summary judgment to Denison and denied summary judgment to Allstate.
