Plaintiff John Huizinga along with J. Huizinga Cartage Co. filed suit to recover $3,000 paid when he hired defendant Bedrock Enterprises to build a fence which was never built. Joseph Lullo and Dr. Lawrence Lerner were the owners of Bedrock. An ex parte judgment was entered against Lullo in the amount of $3,000 as to count I, alleging breach of contract.
