This is an appeal by the state from a pretrial omnibus hearing order dismissing the charges against all respondents, as well as from a partial omnibus hearing order. James Skjefte and respondents David Skjefte, Chad Laraby, Steven Laraby and David Engstrom were all charged with various counts of criminal sexual conduct.
