This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Appellant brought suit for personal injuries he suffered in an accident on the premises of the Lutheran Brotherhood Building in Minneapolis. The accident occurred while the building was under construction. The defendants, the architects and contractors of the construction project, moved for summary judgment asserting the suit is barred by the two-year statute of limitations of Minn. Stat....
