The defendant was convicted after a jury trial in the Superior Court (Wyman, J.) under indictments of both first degree assault, RSA 631:1, and felonious use of a firearm, RSA 650-A:1, and was sentenced to five to fifteen years at the State prison for the assault and to one year for the felonious use of the firearm, to run consecutively.
