For the reasons discussed herein, we affirm the judge's ruling denying the petition. Petitioners bring forward ten assignments of error. Four of petitioner's assignments of error concern the admission of testimony of the clerk of superior court. Petitioners contend that the testimony was inadmissible as parol evidence of court proceedings. Petitioners also contend that the judge erred in denying their motion to strike part of the testimony on the grounds...
