Bruce Johnson was tried nonjury and was found guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.1 Timely filed post-verdict motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than three (3) years nor more than six (6) years for homicide by vehicle, to run concurrently...
