On May 28, 1985, Norman Miller, the personal representative designated in the will, filed a petition for commencement of supervised proceedings. On July 2, 1985, the will was admitted to probate by the Oakland County Probate Court and on August 6, 1985, the probate court appointed Norman Miller the estate's personal representative...
