This cause came on before the court upon the trial court's order denying defendant's motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, directed verdict, and summary judgment. The case went to trial and the jury awarded the plaintiff-appellee, Midwest Specialties, Inc. ("Midwest"), $402,000. We affirm.
