OPINION BY JUDGE PALLADINO, October 13, 1988:

Glenn Richard Sullivan (Petitioner) appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's decision dismissing Petitioner's claim petition. We affirm.
