The matter before me is brought by the trustee of Oxford Royal Mushroom Products, Inc. (the debtor), who objects to a proof of claim filed by Frezzo Brothers, Inc. (claim # 179). Frezzo contends that it is the recipient of an assignment by D and M Mushroom of a claim against the debtor, and that therefore it is entitled to the distribution of $11,682.37 made to D and M Mushroom by the trustee on October 10, 1986.
