On October 24, 1986, the Debtors, Henry Edward Waugh and Grace Ida Waugh ("debtors"), commenced an action to recover funds withheld by R.J. Saldamarco, Esq., the trustee in their chapter 13 case. The debtors aver that the funds in question were distributed to their creditors after this Court entered an order to convert the case to a chapter 7.
