PER CURIAM:

This case is before the Court upon the appeal of Elbert Wayne Giles from his conviction of two counts of sexual misconduct and one count of abduction with intent to defile. It arises from an order of the Circuit Court of Fayette County which denied the appellant's motion for a new trial. The defendant has been ordered to serve two one-year sentences for the sexual misconduct convictions. He also received one three-to-ten-year sentence for the abduction...
