This is an appeal from a decision in a medical malpractice case. Lelia E. Thomas sued Dr. George D. Henning and Dr. Robert S. Pruner, both orthopedic surgeons, alleging that their negligent failure to diagnose a certain ailment resulted in the paralysis of her right leg below the knee.
