Before us for our consideration are petitions for review addressed to our original jurisdiction which petitions seek from this Court review of determinations issued on December 9, 1986 and December 29, 1986 by the then Secretary of Administration, Murray G. Dickman, denying Petitioners' requests for hearings. Petitioners are attorneys employed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. They have appealed the amount of cash awards they received...
