The matter before the Court is an objection to exemption filed on behalf of George Gallagher, d/b/a George Gallagher Plumbing (hereinafter Gallagher). Gallagher challenges a $14,000.00 exemption claimed by Debtors Gary A. and Mary L. Gorski in their residence.
