Coomes, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Cecil County of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of paraphernalia. The possession of marijuana charge having been merged into the intent to distribute charge, she was sentenced to a total of four years imprisonment.
