We have before us an interplay between two provisions in Md. Ann. Code art. 27 — § 297(b) and § 641 — that use the same term, "final disposition". The question is whether, in the context of this interplay, the definition of the term as used in § 641 governs the meaning of the term as used in § 297(b).
